PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause (B) as under:- "B. The respondent no.2 committee may kindly be directed to decide and finalise the Tribe Claim verification proceedings of the petitioner, as early as possible."

The learned A.G.P. submits that, there are about 8000 orders passed by this Court directing the Committee to decide claims within a particular time frame. Presently 2300 claims are pending vigilance cell inquiry. This claim of the petitioner has been lodged on 19.04.2022 and

the petition is filed on 29.06.2022 seeking directions. It is an herculean task, submits the learned A.G.P.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:- a.

We expect the Committee to complete the vigilance cell inquiry by 30.11.2022.

b.

A copy of the vigilance report would be served on the petitioner, who would appear before the Committee on 21.12.2022 alongwith his written submissions.

c.

The Committee shall pass an order for deciding the claim of the petitioner, on or before 31.01.2023.
