The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (A), which reads as under :

"A.

By issuing the Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent no 2, Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, Dist. Nanded, may kindly be directed to issue the corrected Tribe certificate as "Mannervarlu in-spite of "Mannerwarlu" in the Format "C" format, in favour of the petitioner, as has belongs to Scheduled Tribe, as prescribed under Rule 4 (6) and Rule 5 (2) (a) and (b) of the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribe Certificate Rules, 2003."

Issue notice to the respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of both the respondents.

The learned A.G.P. submits that respondent No.2 would pass an order on or before 20/08/2022.

As such, this petition is disposed off.

Respondent No.2 would issue the corrected tribe certificate for 'Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe', as is prescribed in law, in format 'C', on or before 20/08/2022.
