ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant - Acquiring Body and learned AGP for respondents- State of Maharashtra and Special Land Acquisition Officer. Despite service of notice, no one else appeared on behalf of respondents-original claimants. Perused the applications and other relevant documents produced on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant- Acquiring Body submits that the entire decreetal amount has already deposited in these appeals. Therefore, the relief of stay granted by this Court is required to be confirmed.

In view of attending circumstances of depositing the amount, stay granted by this Court is hereby made absolute and confirmed till final adjudication of appeals. Accordingly, the Civil Applications stand disposed of.
