The learned A.G.P. submits that due to the Committee being overburdened, the vigilance cell inquiry is still not complete. Nevertheless, the order dated 24.02.2021 would be complied with within three (03) months.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, if such statement is recorded, the petitioner is satisfied.

In view of the above, the statement made by the learned A.G.P., on instructions, is
