The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 04.05.2018 rendered by the Sub-Divisional Ofcer in revision under Section 23(2) of the Mamlatdar Court's Act, whereby and whereunder the order rendered by the Mamlatdar is confirmed.

Perusal of the order of the Revisional Authority would show that not a single reason is recorded to substantiate the contentions raised. The Revisional Authority has noted the submissions and culled out the history of the litigations and beyond that, there is no consideration of the contentions on merit.

The order impugned dated 04.05.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Ofcer - Revisional Authority is

908-wp-8622-2018.odt (2) unsustainable and is set aside. The matter is remitted to the Sub-Divisional Ofcer - Revisional Authority to decide the revision afresh by recording a reasoned order. 4.
