Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that this is a second bail application before this Court. His bail application was withdrawn as the Court declined to grant the relief to him. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the co-accused who has played the similar role has been released on anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. Therefore, there is change in circumstance. 3.

This Court is not convinced that granting anticipatory bail to the co-accused by the Sessions Court is a change in circumstance. Therefore, the application cannot be entertained. The application stands dismissed.
