The present appeal is filed taking exception to order of apportionment inter se the claimants. In the circumstances, notice of the present application was issued only to the contesting respondents i.e. respondent nos. 4 and 5 which are duly served on them, however, none of them has entered their appearance. Delay of 64 days has occurred in filing the present appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay which, according to me, are just and sufficient, delay is condoned.
