Though the office has calculated a delay of 40 days, it appears that the Civil Application was filed on 25.4.2019 for bringing the L.Rs. of the deceased sole petitioner on record. As per Article 120 of the Limitation Act, the civil application is filed within time. 2.

The learned Advocate for respondents 3 to 5 and the learned AGP opposed the application.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. The L.Rs. of the sole petitioner shall be brought on record within three weeks from today.
