ORAL ORDER :

Heard. It is claimed that the petitioners have completed more than 14 years actual imprisonment and they are entitled for the benefit of the notification dated 23rd April, 2012 and the provisions of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole)
Rules, 1959.

We direct the respondents to consider the prayer of the petitioners and take suitable decision, after verifying record of the petitioners and considering the interim order passed by the Supreme Court dated 23rd July, 2015 in Writ Petition (CRL.) No.48 OF 2014 (Union of India vs. V. Sriharan @ Murugan and ors.) modifying the earlier interim order dated 9th July, 2014, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within six weeks from today.

Petition are disposed of on above terms.
