The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission in Engineering course. The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee. Directions be given to decide the same within a period of three weeks.

We have heard the learned A. G. P. for the respondents. 3.

The petitioner has approached the Court very late. The petitioner was aware of her further course of action. The petitioner ought to have approached the Court earlier.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission in Engineering course, the respondent No. 2 / committee, if possible, shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by 10.11.2020. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 09.10.2020.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
