Indisputably, this Court, by order passed in Civil Application No.6883/2019 in Fist Appeal (Stamp) No.25601/2013 and Civil Application No.14891 in First Appeal (Stamp) No.494/2024 and connected matters, has permitted applicants/claimants to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount on filing usual undertaking and balance 30% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank. 3.

Application is therefore allowed.

Applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) and balance 30% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank to be renewed from time to time, till final decision of the appeal.
