Heard Mr. Dambe, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has challenged the ex-parte order dated 13.1.2022 passed by the Family Court Judge, Parbhani. Mr. Dambe, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Family Court has passed fnal order on 18.7.2022. He submitted that the petition has now become infructuous.
