Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.12,50,719/- has been deposited by the acquiring body in this Court.

Taking into consideration the fact that the appeal has been filed challenging the quantum and also the fact that the land belonging to the applicant was acquired, case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount.

Applicant is allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.6,00,000/- subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that he
