Mr. Ghatge, learned Counsel submits that part grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The petitioner is now allowed to join duty. However, the arrears of salary from January, 2016 is not yet paid. Mr. Gunale, learned Counsel submits that the institution would forward proposal for payment of salary to the petitioner since January, 2016, as per rule with permissible increments, if any.

On receipt of said proposal, respondent No.2 shall process the same and take decision upon it expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of said proposal.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed. No costs.
