Heard Mr Bhandari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Perused the prayer clause (B), which reads thus: "(B) By a writ of mandamus, or any other suitable writ, order or direction the respondent No.5 be directed to return the original documents as specified in para No.3 of this petition and leaving certificate, internship completion certificate issued by the respondent No.3 University forthwith."

Perused the order dated 29th June, 2015, passed by this Court, whereby by way of an interim relief, respondent No.5 - College was

6499.15wp (2) directed to return the original documents to the petitioner, mentioned at Sr. No. a to j in paragraph no. 3 of the petition within a stipulated period on one week of the date of the order. By an order dated 14th March, 2018 in Civil Application No.03640 of 2018, the petitioner was permitted to file proper petition raising the grievance in civil application.

It is submitted by Mr Bhandari, learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had preferred a fresh petition i.e. Writ Petition No.2855 of 2018 and she be permitted to prosecute Writ Petition No.2855 of 2018 as the purpose of approaching this Court in the year 2015 by filing present petition is duly served. 5.

Considering the aforesaid submission of Mr Bhandari, we see no reason to keep the present petition pending in this Court and accordingly the same is disposed of.

In view of disposal of the petition, pending civil application is also disposed of.
