ORDER:- 1.

The learned Counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the spelling of his surname appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 is incorrectly typed by the offce as "Goyenka", and therefore, the matter could not be tracked. He, therefore, prays that the same be corrected as "Goyanka". 2.

Hence, the Offce is directed to correct the spelling of the surname of learned Counsel of respondent No. 1 as "Goyanka".

Heard rival submissions. This is an application for condonation of delay of 2440 days in presenting the frst appeal. The learned Counsel for respondent No. 1 - Insurance Company strongly opposed the application. However, the

(2) 30 CA-10712.2017.odt learned Counsel for the applicants - appellants submits that he would not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. In view of the same and considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 2440 days stands condoned, subject to condition that the applicants - claimants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

The Civil application is accordingly disposed of. 5.

The appeal be placed for admission, after removal of offce objections, if any.
