We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent - State.

The learned AGP submits that the vigilance is completed. The vigilance report is served upon the petitioner. The reply of the petitioner is awaited on the vigilance report. After the reply is filed by the petitioner, within two months the Committee would decide the proceedings.

According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has not received copy of the vigilance report. Gajanan

The petitioner shall appear before Respondent No.2 - Committee on 09-09-2021 and if he has not received the copy of the vigilance report, shall get the copy of the vigilance report and file the reply to the vigilance report within ten days thereafter i.e. on or before 20-09-2021.

The Committee shall thereafter decide the proceedings within two months.

With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
