This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to determine the amount of rental compensation receivable by the petitioners in pursuance to the application tendered by them on 14.10.2010 in accordance with the policy framed by the State Government in that regard, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from today.

On determination of the amount of compensation, if the petitioners are found entitled, respondent no.4 shall disburse the said amount as determined by respondent nos. 2 and 3 as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of two months from the date of the order. With the direction as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
