Heard Mr. Gaware, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. The grievance of the petitioners raised in the petition was of non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 20.9.2015. the petitioners were before this Court seeking the reimbursement of fees. It is submitted that, these petitioners were belonging to a reserved category. The Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 20.9.2015, disposed of the petition, directing the respondent State authorities to extend the benefit of fee reimbursement to the petitioners students, as

C.P No.447/2016 expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of order. On perusal of the order sheet, it reveals that, on earlier date, i.e. on 6.8.2018, the learned A.G.P. made a statement that, to the extent of petitioners, the amount has been paid. The counsel for the petitioners sought time to verify the statement. Mr. Gaware, the learned counsel, on instructions, submits that, the statement made by learned A.G.P. is true and correct. Mr. Gaware submits that, in view of the order of this Court, the petitioners have received the reimbursement of the fees. Considering these facts, we are of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioners, raised in the petition is redressed. As such, nothing remains in the Contempt Petition.
