There is delay of 4539 days in filing the present appeal. The appeal was filed for enhancement of Rs. 28,000/- being granted. The market value of the land enhanced by reference Court is Rs. 25,000/- only. The compensation is granted at the rate of Rs. 14,000/- per hectare for Jirayat land and Rs. 7,500/- for Pot Kharab land. The sale deed referred by reference Court is one year prior to the notification. The appeal is for paltry amount of enhancement. 2.

In light of the above, the First Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
