1] The learned Government Pleader submits that the proposal was referred to the Finance Department. The same is positively recommended. Now it is placed before the concerned Department and six weeks time would be required to take decision.

2] The statement made by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions of the authority, is accepted. 3] Considering the fact that the steps are taken by the

CP 397/16 in WP 11393/15 - 2 - respondent pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, we are not passing any orders with regard to the contempt. The respondent is given six weeks time to take decision upon the said proposal.

4] The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
