It is pointed out that the applicant has preferred this Appeal being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the rejection of his Application for cancelling the bail granted to the respondent Nos.3 and 4. However, during pendency of the present Appeal, the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Application No.255/2021, by the judgment and order dated 25.02.2021, has quashed the criminal case.
