The validation proceeding is pending since the year 2014. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for both respondents.

The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner is a third year M.B.B.S. student and would require validity for further education.

Considering the fact that, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2014, we pass the following order. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01st September, 2021. The committee thereafter shall decide the

2 wp 9200.21 validation proceeding by end of December 2021, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. 6.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
