The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an application with the Chief Executive Officer making grievance with regard to transfer, however, cognizance is not taken of the same.

Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and submits that, the respondents would decide the application of the petitioner on its own merits. 3.

It appears that, the petitioner has filed application in the year 2018. The petitioner may file fresh application with the Chief Executive Officer. If the fresh application is filed by the petitioner, the Chief Executive Officer may consider the said application on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
