The Petitioners seek a decision on Application No.11 of 2017, having registration No.456/Dhule, which was remanded on 09.02.2023. The same is pending with Respondent No.2. 2.

We find from the order dated 09.02.2023 passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik, that the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dhule, is directed to make a detailed inquiry of the trust and submit the report within two months from the date of receipt of the order.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dhule, would complete the inquiry within two months and submit the report to the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik.

In view of the above, we direct the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dhule, to complete the inquiry on or before 15.09.2024 and ensure that the report is tendered to the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, on or before 15.10.2024. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We call upon the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to call for an explanation from the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dhule, as to why the order of the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik, dated 09.02.2023, in Suo Motu Inquiry No.11/2017, was not complied with. Such explanation shall be placed before the Court on 11.09.2024.
