It is submitted that petitioner is entitled for salary from May/June-2013, however, only because in earlier disposed of writ petition it is observed that some of petitioners are not paid salary from 2014, the request of the petitioner is not considered. The petitioner has given application requesting payment of salary from the earlier date to the Chief Executive Officer in December 2019. 2.

Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel appears for respondent nos.4, 5 and 6 and submits that respondent no.5 would take decision on representation of petitioner on its own merits. 3.

The respondent no.5 shall consider the service record of petitioner and take decision about the entitlement of petitioner for

974 wp.8146.21.odt salary from May/June-2013 and if it is found that petitioner is entitled for the payment of salary, the same shall be paid to petitioner. This shall be done within a period of three (03) months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
