PER COURT :- The present Contempt Petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 28.09.2017 (Coram: N.W.Sambre J.) in Writ Petition No.134 of 2016, however, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, even after repeatedly asked, could not point out as to whether the compliances as were to be made by the petitioner as directed in the order dated 28.09.2017, were made or not. The learned Counsel also failed in bringing to my notice whether the payment of appropriate costs, which was directed to be made by the present petitioner by 30.11.2017 was in fact made or not. In the circumstances, the petition stands summarily rejected.
