This application is filed for restoration of the criminal writ petition which was dismissed in default for nonremoval of office objections by order dated 20-01-2025 passed by this court.

Now the learned advocate for the applicant submits that in fact objections were removed. However, some time took in uploading the petition online.

In the application there is delay of 99 days. 4.

Heard the parties.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-C.

The criminal writ petition shall stand restored to its original position subject to removal of office objections within three weeks from today.

With this, the criminal application stands disposed off.
