The petitioner seeks directions against respondent No.5 to conduct practical examination being part of Summer Examination 2020 of the petitioner for the course Diploma in Child Health(Pediatrics) as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner also seeks direction to declare result of the petitioner for Summer Examination 2020. 2.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have filed affidavit. We appreciate the efforts taken by the respondents to conduct examination of the students who were on Covid-19 duty and on duty had contracted Covid-19 disease. In the affidavit, it has been clarified that Rules have been prepared and will be placed before the Examination Board and other proper authorities of the University shortly and the practical examination of the petitioner will be conducted. The result will be declared as per provisions of the Rules, as far as practicable by 15.11.2020.

Mr. Sant, the learned counsel submits that by way of an exception

wp6822-20 and considering the extraordinary circumstance, present arrangement is made and the same would not be a precedent. 4.

The affidavit takes care of the petitioner's apprehension and the anxiety. We hope and trust that the respondents would proceed further in accordance with the affidavit filed and conduct the practical examination of the petitioner who had contracted Covid-19 disease while on Covid-19 duty. 5.
