The learned Advocate for the applicants has moved the present application for correction in the name of respondent No.2C in Civil Application No.15790 of 2022 and name of Gangadhar Sahebrao Deshmukh be brought on record as legal heir of the deceased respondent No.2 in Appeal From order No.44 of 2009. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for the same.

As such, Civil Application No.7130 of 2023 is allowed and

CA 7130-2023 disposed of.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
