ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 65 days caused in filing the revision against the judgment and award of the Reference Court. Heard the learned counsel for applicant and the learned AGP. Other respondents were served, but nobody has turned up for other respondents. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made, this Court holds that delay needs to be condoned.

So, application is allowed. Delay is condoned, subject to condition that no interest will be payable in respect of the period starting from 28.1.2008 till the date of restoration, if it is done by this Court in the revision.

Notice in revision. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Notice to other respondents made returnable on 16.9.2016.
