PER COURT :- The petitioner's grievance is that, though the petitioner has filed the application/representation dated 5th December, 2013 of which copy is annexed at page 31 (Exhibit-D) of the compilation of the Petition, the said representation/application has not been decided by the Respondent No.2. 2.

We direct the Respondent No.2 to hear the petitioner and also other affected persons, if any, and take decision on the said application/representation, as expeditiously as possible, however, preferably within 12 weeks from today.

The petitioner to appear before the Respondent No.2 on 23rd February, 2016. It will be open for the Respondent No.2 to hear the petitioner and any other affected employee, if any, and decide the representation on the said date or fix some other date in future as per his convenience and take final decision on the said application/representation and communicate the same to the concerned parties.
