We had adjourned the matter on the last occasion so as to enable the respondents to make a statement about time within which the amount shall be deposited. This Court on 31.1.2017 had passed an order directing the respondents to deposit the amount in the executing court by 28.2.2017.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that because of the change in the Department the amount could not be deposited. The process is undertaken to deposit the amount and it would take some time.

wp653.17 Learned A.G.P., on instructions of Mr.

Harischandra Gawali, Sub-Divisional Officer, Jalna states that the amount would be deposited within three months.

The respondents shall deposit the amount within eight weeks from today. We extend time granted by this Court earlier considering the difficulties expressed by the respondents, however, under any circumstances, the respondents shall deposit the amount within eight weeks.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
