1) Both sides are present. The matter was circulated by the learned counsel for the appellant. He submits that the regular Court has passed order - "Not

before me". Interim relief is there which is till today only. It appears that the matter will have to be sent to the District Court.

2) In view of the submissions made, interim relief is to continue till 28th September 2015. Parties are to appear in the District court on 28th September 2015 and before that the record needs to be sent to the District Court by the Registry.
