Heard both sides.

Both sides submit that in the connected matters viz., Writ Petition Nos.653 of 2017 and 1178 of 2017, another Division bench of this Court directed the respondent - Sub-Divisional Officer to deposit the compensation amount within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order.

In view of above statement made by the learned Counsels for both sides and the similar interim order passed by this Court in the present matters on 31.01.2017, all the Writ Petitions are allowed and similar direction is given in these matters. The amounts shall be deposited in the Executing Court within eight weeks from today. 4.

The Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
