The applicants / original petitioners submit that the Civil Application No.5194 of 2018 is inadvertently filed under the belief that respondent No.5 Prabhavati has passed away. Now, it is revealed that she is alive. It is, therefore, prayed that this Civil Application be allowed for issuing notice to respondent No.5 and for withdrawal of the earlier Civil Application.

Considering the above, Civil Application No.8138 of 2018 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). C.A.No.5194 of 2018 is disposed off.

Issue notice of final hearing in Writ Petition No.3348 of 1999, returnable on 10.8.2018.
