This civil application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 281 days caused in filing the appeal against judgment dated 24.08.2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Biloli, in M.A.C.P. No. 63 of 2012.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant relying upon para Nos. 2 to 6 of the application submits that the sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

Mr. Bagal, learned advocate appearing for the respondent opposes the application.

Having considered submissions advanced and pleadings in the application and more particularly in para Nos. 2 to 6 of the application sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence the civil application is allowed. The delay of 281 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered. The civil application is disposed of.
