Considering the fact that the petitioner has retired from service and he is seeking retiral and other benefits, the Industrial Court, Latur and Labour Court, Latur may endeavour to decide the proceedings filed by the petitioner expeditiously. The petitioner may make an application with the Industrial Court and Labour Court for expeditious disposal, which application shall be considered by the said Courts and expedite the matters. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
