The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already deposited the original tribe certificate containing the correct name of the father of the petitioner. The petitioner has also applied for issuance of the corrected tribe certificate.

The concerned Sub Division Officer after verifying that the tribe certificate issued to the petitioner is deposited with him and after verifying the documents and confirming himself about the correct name of the father of the
