The custody of child Mohasin, pursuant to the order dated 13/01/2004 passed by 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Revision No. 02 of 2004, was given to his mother namely Asmabee w/o Sk. Moin.

Mr. Kute, learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that as such, the custody of child Mohasin goes to the custody of his mother, hence present writ petition be disposed of in the said terms. 3.

The criminal writ petition stands disposed of in above terms.
