The petitioner who intends to secure admission to Physiotherapy course through the NEET-UG-2024, is awaiting decision on his proposal regarding validation of the tribe certificate by the respondent - scrutiny committee.

Considering the fact that the proposal was submitted by the petitioner as late as on 2 February 2024, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the scrutiny committee to make endeavour to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible.
