Under order dated 27.04.2021 we had allowed the applicants to withdraw Rs.1,50,000/- and remit Rs.50,000/- to the Covid Centre at Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad.

It is submitted that applicants do not have Joint Account. The prayer is made to allow the present applicant no. 1 to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rs. One Lac Fifty Thousand only). Applicant No. 2 has filed an undertaking to this Court thereby giving his consent for allowing

2 ca 6615.2021 withdrawal in the name of applicant no. 1 Uttam S/o. Totaram Nikam 3.

In light of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
