The final hearing in these Writ Petitions has commenced. Since the matters are part-heard and the examinations of the Petitioners are round the corner (on 26.06.2023), they have prayed for declaration of the results of their previous examinations and liberty to appear for the Summer-2023 Examination.

In fact, the hearing in these matters would have concluded today, but for the absence of the learned Advocate Ms.Sheetal Ubale, who appears for the Management/ College in these matters.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.7217/ 2023 in the first Writ Petition No.6751/2022 and Civil Application No.7278/2023 in the second Writ Petition No.8128/2020, are disposed off with the direction to the University to declare the results of the previous examinations of these Applicants/ Petitioners, which were last held in Summer/Winter, 2022, forthwith. If they are qualified to appear for the Summer-2023 examinations, they would be permitted to do so.

Since the Writ Petitions are being finally heard, the

*3* results of Summer-2023 examinations would not be declared without the leave of the Court.

Let the learned Advocates for the respective sides, besides the oral submissions canvassed, enter synoptical notes, if desired, on or before 07.07.2023.

These Writ Petitions would be listed as "PARTHEARD" at 02:30 PM on 12.07.2023, with Writ Petition Nos.9822/2016 and 2273/2022.
