Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition since it has reinstated respondent No.1 / employee and does not desire to pursue this petition as the dispute has been settled. 3.

Recording the statement of the petitioner, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

Petitioner No.1 has deposited an amount of Rs.1,89,504/- in this Court by demand draft dated 16.10.2015 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.9.2015. Petitioner No.1 is allowed to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest.
