Mr. Sabnis, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to prayer Clause (C), the petitioner has filed Civil Application in Writ Petition No.13036/2018. The said writ petition is challenging the invalidation of the caste claim of the petitioner.

As the petitioner has already filed civil application claiming relief as is claimed in the present petition, the present petition as such cannot be entertained.

The petitioner may prosecute his civil application in Writ Petition No.13036/2018 on its own merits.
