Present application has been filed by appellant-insurance company for getting the delay of 16 days condoned in filing first appeal. The insurance company intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 and learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.6 has strong objection to allow the application on the ground that the reasons mentioned in the application are not sufficient and reasonable to condone the delay.

Taking into consideration the duration of the delay and the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned. 4.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.

Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for further consideration on 11.12.2019.
