Learned counsel Mr. Mohit Deshmukh for the appellants/claimants along with appellants and the learned counsel Mr. Dahat for the respondent No. 3/Insurance company are present today before panel.

They tender terms of compromise on record. Same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. 3.

With the assistance of the learned counsel we have ascertained identity of the parties.

As per the terms of settlement, the respondent No. 3/Insurance company shall deposit additional amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs only) with the M. A. C. T. Beed towards full and final settlement within a period of six (06) weeks from today. The same shall be accepted as an undertaking

2 fa 2109.20 to this Court.

On depositing the said amount, the appellant Nos. 1, 5 and 6 shall be disbursed an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- each. Balance amount of Rs. 50,000/- each shall be invested in any nationalized bank in the name of appellant Nos. 2 and 3 till they attain age of majority. On attaining majority, the amount invested along with accrued interest shall be disbursed to them.

The appellants/claimants confirm that there are no other stake holders, except them.

7.

The first appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement at Exhibit 'X' and minutes of the order passed today. 8.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

9.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
