This application has been filed by the applicants who have lodged the review petition.

The applicants seek condonation of delay of 105 days in filing this civil application for setting aside the order dated 24-03-2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration to the review petition which is on stamp number 27327 of 2012, for non-removal of office objections. Reasons in support of condonation of delay have been set out in the application.

Shri Shirsath, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the non-applicants opposes this application on the ground that the reasons cited are not satisfactory.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates and have gone through the reasons set out in the application.

Civil application is, therefore, allowed. Delay of 105 days is condoned, subject to payment of costs of ` 5,000/-. Learned advocate Shri Shirsath graciously submits that the costs be deposited with the High Court, Aurangabad Bench Bar Association's library. As such, costs shall be deposited with the High Court, Aurangabad Bench Bar Association's library within 3 weeks.

The order of the Registrar dated 24-3-2014 is, therefore, set aside and the review petition and the civil application are restored.
