PER COURT :- The letter of intent, issued in favour of the petitioner, by the Petroleum Company, for retail outlet dealership of petroleum products, is cancelled, on the ground that, the petitioner has expressed his inability to provide a suitable site, for establishing the petrol pump, within the radius of 2 KMs from Raver bus stand. The petitioner contends that, if he is given further opportunity, he would make efforts for securing the land and suitable directions be issued to the Petroleum Company. The request made by the petitioner, is not in conformity with the regulations, framed by the Petroleum Company and it is not a matter of dispute that, on conducting site inspection, the location pointed out by the petitioner, was not approved. The petitioner could not point out any regulation or condition incorporated in the advertisement, entitling the
