The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act in October, 2018. The same is not yet decided. 2.

In case, the application is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today.
